Quintile Comparison

Using 1994 data from the Luxembourg Income Study, the following are quintile charts comparing each quintile across several countries: The United States, England, France, Germany, Canada, Sweden, Australia and the Netherlands. The income data is from 1994, converted to US dollars using the PPP from the OECD and inflated to 2003 with the CPI (except Sweden which is 1995).
